Share your reviews and ask all customers for feedback
Reputation is the most important factor for the aftersales consumer. 48% of all aftersales shoppers told us friends and family were the most influential sources and 34% told us the mechanic was the most influential. In both instances, these are not natural digital sources, but customer reviews are a great way to share previous customer experiences with new customers.
Furthermore, with 50% of aftersales consumers saying that they will take action post-purchase by either recommending to friends and family or posting a review on a website – it’s important dealers capture this feedback and then transparently share it in their marketing.

Never mind all this cock and bull, its down to pricing. Dealers cant or wont match the independents simple as that
