Helston Garages Group bought a dealership in Exeter from SMC Garage Group yesterday.
The asset purchase sees Helston increase its Skoda representation to four in its South West heartland. It has other Skoda centres in Bridgwater, Helston and St Columb.
The dealership on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate has been renamed Carr Skoda (Exeter). Helston already had eight car dealerships in the town with the Porsche, BMW, Mini, Ferrari, Land Rover, Maserati, Peugeot, Volvo franchises and van and contract hire centres.
