" Over the last 6 years, Marshall has acquired more than 50 new businesses, bringing together 12 different cultures into one company. We are delighted to have Michael joining our senior team.”

Marshall has focused on attracting, retaining and developing the best talent in the industry and has recently launched its new training academy, as well as assessment centres for candidates to identify and coach the future stars for the business.

Hunt said “I am relishing the challenge of working with Marshall to release the true potential from their growing aftersales business and I look forward to developing and delivering industry leading people and processes.”
