The CitNOW Group has expanded its international portfolio with the addition of two automotive software providers, Reef Business Systems and Quik.

It said the acquisition of Quik - an integrated dealership software company - will grow its presence in the US while the addition of UK showroom and dealer management software Reef will aim to expand the reach of its products throughout the customer journey.

Quik provides an end-to-end software solution for digital multi-point inspections, video, parts-pricing and availability, customer communications, and online payment options, that fully integrates with existing dealership management systems.

Reef Business Solutions is a provider of showroom and dealer management software in the UK - which includes Enquiry Manager and Showroom modules in its product line-up which will sit under Dealerweb in the CitNOW Group portfolio.

Online platform Tootle, is also part of the CitNOW Group, having launched in May, 2021.

As part of the group's latest acquisition, Jamie Pearson, managing director of Reef Business Systems, joins the senior management team of Dealerweb, whilst director Garry Cuthbert will continue to advise both businesses to ensure the company’s client experience is maintained, said CitNOW.

James Hill, managing director of Dealerweb, said: “Reef Business Systems has a fantastic reputation and a client base that we're looking forward to welcoming into the Dealerweb family.

“The appointment of Jamie into our senior management team is particularly exciting as he brings a wealth of industry know-how and software application design experience, further underlining our commitment to providing best-in-class sales and enquiry management solutions.”

Pearson said: “We are excited about the prospect of joining forces with Dealerweb and becoming a key part of the CitNOW Group’s expanding portfolio.

“We look forward to working together to develop new software products that continue to improve the customer experience throughout the automotive retail journey.”
