Fix Auto UK has formed a partnership with Trustpilot, to ‘instil confidence and credibility’ in the service provided by its franchise partners.

The partnership will see 101 Fix Auto UK repair centres adopting the Trustpilot system, where customers will be encouraged to share their experience.

Rob Pugh, head of strategy and communications at Fix Auto UK, said: “The use of Trustpilot encompasses our transparency and trustworthy core values.

“The recognised platform puts the Fix Auto UK network firmly on the map with consumers as it is so widely utilised by customers of all different demographics.”

During a month-long roll out, the company said its network recorded a 4.6 score (out of maximum 5) from over 270 reviews.

Earlier this year, Fix Auto UK appointed Mark Hutchins as the new head of its commercial team.

The appointment followed the promotion of Brett Wootton to the role of head of operations at Fix Auto

Pugh said: “We have spent the last month introducing Trustpilot to the network. So far, the Trustpilot statistics show 90 per cent of the reviews we have received have been awarded 5 stars which is a hugely positive start to our partnership.

“Our partnership with Trustpilot ensures every online review will provide an honest picture of Fix Auto UK and our franchise partners, showcasing our capabilities for the public to see.”
