“Both brands are in such a strong position and we are delighted to represent Jaguar Land Rover in a new territory that we know very well.

“We are a major employer in the town and this new facility will create 90 additional jobs.”

Jeremy Hicks, UK managing director of Jaguar Land Rover, said: “The Jaguar Land Rover product range is the strongest it’s ever been, with world-class offerings across the line-up. What we’re doing now – and Ridgeway in Oxford is a fantastic example of this – is making sure our showrooms reflect that quality.

“We’ll be rolling out this new corporate identity nationwide throughout 2016 and we can’t wait for our customers to experience it.”
