Morgan Motor Company will look to attract new customers to its 15-strong dealer network as the iconic British sports car manufacturer hosts its inaugural National Morgan Dealer Open Day.

The Malvern-based brand wants to follow the success of its Run for the Hills event, which attracted crowds to Malvern over last month's bank holiday weekend, with a celebration of its successes in 2017 at a string of dealer open day events on October 14.

Scottish Morgan dealer Revolutions in Perth will hold their open day on the 28th October.

Morgan’s finance provider, Close Brothers, will offer incentives to customers wishing to take advantage of either a PCP or 0% finance offer during the events and all visitors are offered the opportunity to enter a raffle to win a factory tour and afternoon tea for two at Morgan’s iconic factory.

Customers who purchase a Morgan during the open day events will also be entered into a nationwide raffle to win “truly unique Morgan prizes”, the brand said.

Steve Morris, managing director of Morgan Motor Company, said: “We are delighted to announce the first ever National Morgan Day.

“We are so proud of our UK network of 15 British dealers and this is a wonderful opportunity to open our doors across the UK.

“Our dealers are excited to welcome new and old faces and invite anyone with a passion for driving to explore our range of new Morgans.”

Each Morgan Dealer will add their own theme and unique experience to the National Morgan Dealer Open Day.

Morgan Motor Company’s latest celebrations come after the manufacturer completed the re-purchase of its factory premises and the highly praised international Run for the Hills event held over the August bank holiday in Malvern, Worcestershire.

The event is the first of its kind for the family-owned British coachbuilder that has produced its iconic three and four wheeled sports cars at its Malvern home for over 108 years.
