Pendragon is looking to boost the number of customer service assistants at its Evans Halshaw and Stratstone dealerships.

The new non-sales role for the business is designed to deliver a better experience to customers, ensuring they are supported throughout their car-buying experience.

Jo Moxon, Pendragon HR director, said: “We want to ensure our customers are met by a familiar face who will be able to offer insightful knowledge to help with the car-buying experience at our Evans Halshaw dealerships and Stratstone retailers.

“There has been positive feedback about the role from the customer service assistants already in place and we look forward to filling our current vacancies.”

The customer service assistant will work with the customer to ensure collection of their new or used vehicle is "seamless and memorable".

They will also support the customer to help them understand more about their new vehicle.

"Working as part of a team, the customer service assistant will liaise with sales and service colleagues on behalf of the customer, ensuring they get the best experience possible."

Evans Halshaw Peugeot Stourbridge is the latest dealership to advertise for the role.

All team members at Pendragon have access to the dedicated Pendragon Training Academy.

Pendragon has produced a ‘Discover the role’ YouTube video to support their promotion of the position, to show applicants how the role is for a current team member.
