Pentagon is celebrating after winning the Dealer Group of the Year accolade at the Motability Dealer Awards 2018 for “outstanding service” throughout 2017.

The Motability Scheme Dealer Awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the Motability Car Scheme to customers, and is assessed by customer feedback and reviews.

A series of quarterly regional prizes were awarded, and all quarterly winners were nominated for the national awards, of which Pentagon has become the overall 2017 national winner.

Emma Mayall (pictured), operations support manager at the Derbyshire-based group, which was acquired by South Africa’s Motus Corporation last August, said: “The entire team here at Pentagon is proud to win this award for our work with the Motability Scheme in 2017 and we look forward to continuing our award-winning approach to customer service in 2018.”

In addition to regional success, Pentagon has beaten competition from throughout the UK to become the overall 2017 national winner.

Motability Operations’ general manager dealer relations, Peter Wilson, said: “It’s great to see the high level of service delivered by our dealer network and we are pleased to present the latest Motability Scheme Dealer Awards.

“The annual awards allow us to thank dealers for providing consistently positive customer service, highlighting those who are doing it well and encouraging others to do the same.

“It is testament to the high standards, warm welcome and expert knowledge of Pentagon that they have been recognised as a winning dealership – congratulations to them for their well deserved Motability Scheme Dealer Award.”
