Peugeot dealers can now accept orders for the brand's newest small SUV, the 2008.

The new model is offered with a range of petrol and diesel engines, plus an all-electric version called the e-2008.

Prices for the 2008 start at £20,150 with deliveries commencing in February 2020, while the e-2008 will be available from £28,150, with deliveries starting from late April 2020.

Buyers can choose from a 1.2-litre PureTech petrol engine with 100, 130 or 155PS, a 1.5-litre BlueHDI with 100PS and the e-2008 with 136PS.

With a 50kWh battery, the e-2008 can cover 206 miles on a single charge and recharge in less than one hour using a 100kW rapid charger.

Active trim comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, electric and heated door mirrors and Peugeot i-Cockpit with a 3.5-inch instrument panel display. The e-2008 Active also comes with pre-heating functionality and electric parking brake for added convenience. Active Safety Braking is standard for all trim levels and across all powertrain options.

Allure trim starts from £22,350 and includes 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, gloss-black B-pillars and longitudinal roof bars, rear bumper with gloss black finish. Allure trim also features Peugeot 3D i-Cockpit with configurable 3D instrument panel display and LED front fog lights for added visibility. The modular boot floor offers additional functional loading space.

GT Line trim comes with a 180-degree Colour Reversing Camera and Connected 3D Navigation including TomTom, plus 18-inch diamond-cut two-tone alloy wheels, eight-colour ambient lighting, heated front seats and full LED headlights. 

Range-topping GT trim includes Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go function, Lane Positioning Assist and Active Blind Spot Monitoring. The interior design features tri-material Alcantara and cloth seat trim and a panoramic opening glass roof.
