Automotive Compliance has appointed Peter Wiles as dealer development manager as the company looks to expand its field team.

Wiles has experience working with several large motor finance houses and worked with International Motors to support training for its network of Subaru, Isuzu and Daihatsu dealers.

He also led a joint-venture with Harley-Davidson Motorcycles to introduce a PCP offer to its dealer network.

Most recently, Wiles was on the management team of a small dealer group based in the South West.

Paul Guy, managing director of Automotive Compliance, said: “Pete is a well-known

figure in the motor industry, particularly in the South West which will predominantly be the area he will be covering along with Pete Harris.”

Guy said Wiles’ experience at the dealer group he was working with puts him in a good position to aid Automotive Compliance’s dealer customers through compliance changes.
