Manheim passed a landmark £2 million worth of sales mark with Thurlow Nunn just six months since launching a partnership with the AM100 group.

Over 1,100 vehicles have been remarketed for the AM100’s 83rd-placed retail group since May, achieving an average 91.8% Cap Clean at auctions operated by the Cox Automotive owned physical auction specialist.

Manheim will handle up to 16,000 part-exchange vehicles for the group over the next four years on a solus supplier basis, with all vehicles sold through weekly auctions at its Colchester centre.

Peter Bell, managing director at Manheim, said: “We are thrilled to have reached the £2million mark for Thurlow Nunn.

“The group’s stock is always of high quality and we see huge buyer interest in the vehicles on a weekly basis.

“Our first auction on May 17 in Colchester was a great success and during the past six months the relationship has gone from strength-to-strength.

“As a valued customer, we are delighted to be producing such strong results for Thurlow Nunn and look forward to achieving even more success over the next four years.”

Simon Grylls, regional director and head of sales, at Thurlow Nunn, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the success of the Manheim partnership to date.

“The team continues to proactively attract new buyers and demonstrate their expertise in matching the right buyer to the right vendors week in, week out. We have no doubt this success will continue.”
