EnquiryMAX and Cap HPI have announced a new data partnership that will help dealers manage pricing risk in the part exchange process.

The Cap HPI vehicle appraisal app has now been integrated into enquiryMAX’s automotive sales lead management system to improve the accuracy of pricing used cars.

Sales executives can now generate a digital appraisal while the customer is present with transparent pricing and a seamless process.

The appraisal, created on a tablet, will then be integrated into the EnquiryMAX platform at the push of a button.

EnquiryMAX’s director of technology, Adrian Favill (pictured), said: “Our aim is to help dealers sell more cars more efficiently and the new partnership with cap hpi will not only help to manage pricing risk through accurate valuation but also create a transparent process with the customer.”

Sales managers will also be able to hpi check the vehicle and see a full range of real-time valuation data.

The integration speeds up the process to help the dealer close the sales more quickly.

Cap HPI's head of retail, Wendy Swaine, said: “Our data underpins UK automotive retail by providing industry-leading levels of accuracy that our users know they can rely on.

"The new integration with enquiryMAX makes the part-exchange process more efficient to create a better experience for both dealer and customer.

“We have a number of data integrations planned with key industry platforms that will roll-out this year.

"Our aim is to give our customers a seamless experience whatever technology they are using.”
