AM and Auto Trader’s Digital Marketing Conference will be back for the third year running when it takes place at Birmingham NEC on 12 February 2015.

AM Digital Marketing Conference - Book NowThe conference aims to cover the length and breadth of digital marketing providing latest insights, trends and developments in this fast-moving arena.

As headline sponsors, Auto Trader will take to the stage to provide the company’s view on the digital landscape and areas which dealers need to address in order to succeed.

Among the wide range of topics the event will tackle, it plans to shed further light on digital communication compliance under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The FCA took over responsibility for consumer credit on April 1 and has since launched a consultation regarding the use of social media in relation to F&I.

With submissions due by November 6, the FCA’s views will be expected shortly and this session will explore the findings and how to remain compliant when communicating F&I topics.

Input from retailers already well-established in the digital world will also provide a point of view from outside the industry and the conference will also incorporate a look to the future of automotive retailing and how digital will continue to be incorporated in the sales process itself.

The feedback at all AM conferences reveals dealer speakers resonate with delegates so the digital marketing event will look for input from retailers.

Whilst AM hosts a separate aftersales event later in the year, digital now forms an incredibly vital aspect of operating a profitable and sustainable aftermarket business, so it is imperative that the digital marketing conference takes its own look at this part of the business.

The conference will also host workshop sessions which will enable dealers to delve deeper into specific digital topics with input from industry specialists.

Tickets are available to dealers and manufacturers, with a limited number of supplier tickets on sale.
