Carmaker software firm Aura Corporation bought by Marque Group

Marque Group, whose UK automotive sector businesses include Vital Software UK and Three60 CRM (previously MDF Data Solutions), has acquired Aura Corporation, the customer experience software business.

It is the latest addition to Marque Group’s suite of data chain solutions to the automotive sales and aftersales sectors.

Headquartered in Buckinghamshire, Aura Corporation provides customer experience solutions and insights to vehicle manufacturers and financial institutions.

The business provides research, insight analysis, customer experience software platforms, qualitative data management and reporting.

“We aim to enable our clients and their dealer networks to identify both opportunities and issues in their day-to-day business, through careful analysis of a number of factors affecting their customer understanding,” said Mike Trotman, Aura Corporation’s managing director.

“We are excited to be part of the Marque Group and to be working with its other companies to bolster our operations.”

Marque Group’s acquisition means an opportunity for Aura to work locally alongside Wiltshire-based aftersales CRM platform Three60 CRM, which recently launched its Cleanse As You Go product to support dealers in their daily use of data, and Kent-based Vital Software, whose solutions include lead distribution, CSI management and service performance reporting for carmakers and manufacturers and their dealer networks.
