Inchcape UK has been given the ‘Building a Partnership’ award to recognise the group’s fundraising efforts for the Macmillan Cancer Support charity.

The group initially set out to raise £50,000. But Inchcape employees exceeded this by 50% to raise £75,000 to support people living with cancer in the UK.

Claire Singlehurst, Macmillan’s director of relationship fundraising, said: “Our corporate partnership leadership team were really impressed by the foundations and commitment Inchcape UK have put into our partnership.”

Inchcape UK employs around 5,500 staff and in 2016 Inchcape UK was voted the top Best Big Company to Work For in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Company To Work For.
