John Grose Group has officially opened the doors to its new Peugeot, Citroën and DS Automobiles dealership in Ipswich – bringing PSA Group under one roof the first time in the town.

The new site, on the Ransomes Europark, close to the A14, previously played host to the Group’s Citroen dealership, but the brands were brought together following the relocation of the nearby Peugeot franchise and the addition of DS.

The new showroom will shortly welcome the flagship New Citroën C5 Aircross SUV, which is due to arrive soon. New Citroën Berlingo is already on display, and customers can experience the full Citroën car and van line-up at the new premises.

Richard Howard, managing director of John Grose Group, said: “The new Peugeot, Citroën and DS Automobiles site at Ransomes Europark offers a major improvement in facilities for our customers, who will be able to browse the expanding range of new and used models from all three brands on the same site.

“It represents a significant investment for the John Grose Group, which will help to establish DS in the east of England and provide our Peugeot and Citroën Ipswich customers with excellent new showroom facilities.”

A spokesman for PSA Group said: “The new DS Salon Ipswich represents the latest addition to the DS Automobiles network of DS Salons and DS Stores in the UK and is a significant addition to the network in the east of England, as the DS network expands with new outlets across the UK.”

Prospective customers visiting the new DS Salon in Ipswich will be able to see and experience the DS model range and all its services under the ‘ONLY YOU, the DS Experience’.

DS 7 CROSSBACK is the first of the new second-generation DS models launched earlier this year, and will soon be joined by the next new B-segment DS vehicle, which will also be available with a 100% electric version.
