Sytner Group’s Tower Garage Ferrari dealership in Egham has been named as the Italian supercar maker’s ‘Top UK Dealer 2021’.

Re-opened in August 2021 after a thorough corporate identity (CI) upgrade, the AM100 car retailer’s Ferrari dealership, off the A30 bypass at Egham, Surrey, won the accolade after delivering winning results on the Ferrari Dealer Scorecard.

A wide array of KPIs covering sales, marketing and aftersales are taken into account in delivering the annual award

Francesco Balli, regional manager, Ferrari North Europe, said: “We are delighted that Maranello Sales has been recognised for providing such outstanding customer service to our loyal and new Ferrari clients, despite the obstacles and challenges that we all faced in 2021.

“This award is a testament to the team at Sytner and their dedicated focus to delivering the best possible customer experience for our clients across the whole of their business.”

In April last year Sytner opened the doors to its first standalone Graypaul Maserati dealership after officially separating it from fellow Italian brand Ferrari in Birmingham.

It was the latest development in a Ferrari UK dealer network which has seen several additions in recent times.

Inside Sytner Group's Tower Garage, Egham, SurreySytner’s plan to transform Glasgow’s former Infiniti dealership into the west of Scotland’s first ever Ferrari supercar dealership follow Jardine Motor Group’s June 2020 opening of a £1.2 million Ferrari Approved used car sales dealership and supercar service centre in Sevenoaks, Kent, and JCT600’s opening of a new two-storey Ferrari retail centre to replace its existing Brooklands supercar dealership in Leeds and a £1 million Ferrari supercar service centre in Newcastle.

In 2022, Ferrari retailers are waiting in anticipation for the expected launch of the brand’s first-ever SUV.

The Aston Martin DBX, Lamborghini Urus and BMW XM rival will be called the Ferrari Purosangue.
