JudgeService is set to double its workforce again to meet growing demand – recruiting a further 30 customer contact specialists.

The UK’s only review service dedicated to the motor trade said that it was looking for more staff to help deliver its evolving range of products.

Neil Addley, founder of JudgeService, said: “It’s been an exceptional year for business growth at JudgeService and I’m pleased to be in the position again where demand for our products is so great we need to expand the team.

“Buying a car is one of the most important purchases people make and it’s vital they make as informed a decision as possible and that dealers know what their customers are looking for.

“With September recording high levels of sales, businesses such as JudgeService are vital in ensuring the best experience for both dealers and customers.”

The company currently works with more than 1,000 car dealers across the UK, including nearly half of the AM100’s top 20 dealer groups, and uses survey feedback to help dealers identify opportunities to improve their customer service levels and address customer issues.

The results are also made public to help consumers make informed decisions about where to buy their next car.

A recent survey showed that more than 80 per cent of consumers say they check out reviews online before purchasing a car or heading to a showroom, demonstrating the importance of reviews for dealers and customers when shopping for a new vehicle.
