Howards Motor Group has opened the doors to a new Suzuki showroom in Weston-super-Mare.
The Somerset-based car retailer will operate the new franchise which has been cdescribed as a key part of the Japanese car brand's plan to increase its footprint in the South West of the UK.
The showroom will serve motorists in a market area from Clevedon to Taunton.
Dale Wyatt, director of automobile at Suzuki, said: “Howards Motor Group has been a familiar name amongst motorists in the town for over four decades, and they have done a formidable job with the new showroom to be able to show the very best of Suzuki to motorists in Weston-super-Mare.
“2019 comes to a close, we are very encouraged to have achieved this year’s goal of filling key strategic open points across the country as we prepare for the arrival of further models during the coming months."
Howards Motor Group has occupied its Searle Crescent showroom since 1989, which has now been modernised in line with Suzuki’s identity standards.
The on-site facilities include a hospitality area with free Wi-Fi, complimentary refreshments, and a display of Suzuki’s latest in-car accessories and merchandise.
On display in the showroom is the latest generation Vitara Compact SUV, as well as the Ignis Compact crossover variants.
The new Howards Suzuki showroom will open ion December 2 and will have a launch day on December 7.
