The managing director for Keyloop in the UK and Ireland, Stuart Miles, has announced his departure from the automotive retail software provider.

Miles took to LinkedIn to share news of his departure from the business – formerly CDK Global International – which was acquired by tech investment company Francisco Partners back in March.

In a statement issued via the online business networking platform, he said: “My adventure at Keyloop has come to an end.

“I’d like to thank our clients for their custom, support, openness and at times patience.

“My colleagues have been exceptional and are passionate about delivering great customer experience, supporting each other and being the best they can be.

“Collectively we’ve achieved together, and it’s been a great 3.5 years.

“We’ve grown the business and delivered exceptional results with the client and colleague NPS scores at a record high. Thank you all.”

Miles had held the MD post at the dealer management system (DMS) business since January 2018.

His career has also included roles with Lex Autolease, Lease Plan and a period as Cox Automotive business development director.

In his LinkedIn comment, he added: “Now it’s time to re-write the next chapter of my career.”

DMS giant CDK Global International became Keyloop today on March 2 as investment firm FP officially completed its acquisition for $1.45bn (£1.04bn).

The acquisition was announced alongside the acquisition of automotive retail lead management specialists enquiryMAX and Rapid RTC.

FP said that the moves demonstrates its conviction to ensure Keyloop is uniquely positioned to help those involved in the automotive sector, both dealers and OEMs, respond to major changes over the coming decade as they transform the automotive retail experience.
