EMaC promotes Mike Foster to national sales director

Mike Foster

Mike Foster has been promoted to the role of national sales director, at EMaC.

Recognised for playing a “key role” in the warranty firm’s field support team, Foster joined the business in 2008, as sales development manager, before stepping up to national sales manager, a role he has held for the last five years.

John O’Donnell, managing director at EMaC, said: “I am delighted for Mike; he is committed to delivering excellent service for our valued Dealers and he leads our field team with dedication and energy.

“This promotion recognises the huge contributions Mike has made at a time when EMaC’s innovative Warranty programme is taking off.”

EMaC has diversified its product range significantly in the last few years. Its latest innovation, Subscription Warranty, provides greater value for the customer and compelling commercial returns for dealers.

In 2019, it launched a lifetime warranty proposition.

Commenting on his new role, Foster added: “Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our Dealers is exactly what we are all about at EMaC. Our job is to help dealers increase their profitability and retention; we have got the products and people to do it and I am very excited for this next chapter.”

Last year, EMaC promoted Laura Cartwright to the role of operations director.
