Thurlow Nunn to adopt incadea DMS

Thurlow Nunn to adopt incadea DMS

Vauxhall retailer Thurlow Nunn will implement Cox Automotive’s incadea system in a bid to bring together DMS, sales management and service functions together across its 14 locations.

Simon Bottomley, group managing director of the Ely-based AM100 retail group said that the deal, which will also see the introduction of Cox’s Xtime aftersales and customer service platform, would “transform the business and result in huge efficiency savings”.

The Cox Automotive-owned incadea DMS platform already works with more than 100,000 operators across the world and was introduced to the UK market this summer.

Paul Humphreys, managing director of incadea UK, said: "We are proud to partner with Thurlow Nunn and we are delighted that they have chosen incadea to help drive their business transformation.

“We are confident that the implementation will have a positive impact on their business by providing them with the right tools and support to drive efficiencies and growth. It is a hugely exciting project for both parties."

The incadea retail operating system manages all dealership operations including: accounts, vehicle administration, parts inventory, showroom, aftersales management, service and marketing.

It is also capable of integrating lead management and customer service management, collating CRM customer data with that held by service, parts, telephony and accounts systems.

Humphreys added: "incadea integrates all the dealership's systems on to a single platform, plus it is really easy to use because it is built using Microsoft Dynamics which means dealers get a reassuringly familiar and intuitive experience, right out of the box.”

Reflecting on the decision to adopt a new DMS – a process explored in the current (December, 2017) edition of AM – Bottomley said: "We are excited to work with such a progressive company and we feel confident that they can help us deliver a more agile and efficient business that is modelled around the customer."

He added: "The programme will ensure that we have the best processes in place, supported by the right systems and we can be confident of delivering an even better, smoother and seamless experience for Thurlow Nunn customers.

“The introduction will undoubtedly transform the business and result in huge efficiency savings throughout our UK dealerships. It will free up time for our team to do what they do best - provide the customer with excellent service."
