Following a “record year” of service plan sales generation, EMaC has relaunched its corporate identity to provide a wider suite dealer profit enhancing services.

This is the first identity change for EMaC since its launch 14 years ago and comes alongside with a range of enhanced technology, designed to extend the reach and accessibility of its service plans, including AutoQuote and its consumer Self-Serve facility.

EMaC’s managing director, John O’Donnell (pictured), said: "EMaC as part of the Innovation Group, has been going through many positive changes as a company.

“To reflect these developments and our position within Innovation Group, we have created a new cohesive brand and logo that brings together the once separate businesses, combining company values and culture.

The launch of ‘Drive Now, Pay Later’ enabling dealers to assist customers in financing repairs, marks EMaC's intention to broaden its portfolio beyond service plans.

O’Donnell said: “Focusing on delivering a customer-centric approach to our day-to-day operations remains at the core of our ambitions, and the new branding and identity is designed to reinforce this message.

“It also needs to reflect our increasing capabilities and success in harnessing technology, as well as our ability to build key partnerships that bring added value for dealers and consumers alike.

"The culmination of these ambitions has resulted in an extremely exciting new identity for EMaC that will support us as we diversify and grow.”
