All new Alfa Romeo Giulia, Stelvio and Giulietta models now come with a five-year warranty, three years of free servicing and five years of roadside assistance.

The FCA Group brand said that the new package betters that of premium rivals such as Mercedes, Audi and BMW, which currently offer a three-year deal.

Franchised car dealers can begin application of the 5-3-5 offer to applicable Alfa Romeo vehicles built from July 1.

The Italian brand decided to extend its three-year warranty package to five years or 75,000 miles for all vehicles built at its Cassino plant.

Mito and 4C models are not included in the offer.

To complement the deal, buyers of a new Stelvio, Giulia or Giulietta also receive three years of servicing, covering the cost of parts, lubricants and labour required as part of the service schedule.

Further peace of mind comes from a five-year roadside assistance package.

FCA, Alfa Romeo’s parent company, refurbished its plant at Cassino (Frosinone, Italy), to build the new generation of Alfa Romeo models – a move, it says, allowed it to extend the warranty offer.

Starting with production of the Giulia, the plant has adopted and aligned technologies and best practices from other FCA plants worldwide, updating them to build products, with unique engineering solutions.
