Arnold Clark Vehicle Management (ACVM) has won the 2019 FleetEye CSI Award for customer service - its first ExpertEye accolade.

Fleet decision-makers voted ACVM’s customer service the best in the UK in the 2019 ExpertEye awards, with the contract hire and fleet management specialists topping the category which recognises services to fleets with more than 250 vehicles.

Arnold Clark Vehicle Management’s managing director David Cooper said: “I am absolutely delighted and very proud that we have won the 2019 FleetEye CSI Award. Our team work hard all year round and are committed to ensuring our customers always have the best possible experience.”

The ExpertEye awards cover nine fleet and automotive categories in total.

ACVM’s FleetEye CSI Award is based on results obtained throughout 2018 from ExpertEye’s customer satisfaction survey. Survey respondents are drawn from a subscriber base of key leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by ExpertEye, who ask an extensive range of questions.

The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

The FleetEye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers.

ExpertEye’s chairman and founder, Rick Yarrow, said: “Arnold Clark Vehicle Management is a worthy winner of this award, which recognises the very highest service standards in the fleet sector.

“At ExpertEye, we don’t use a panel of judges when deciding on the winners, as the results are purely based on the surveys we carry out with companies operating cars and commercial vehicles.

"ACVM has won this accolade based on independent feedback from customers, and there is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves to decide who is delivering the best service.”
