TrustFord has continued the growth of its wholesale parts business with the opening of new PartsPlus franchised sites in Lincoln and Hull.

Both opened by Stuart Foulds, chairman and chief executive of TrustFord, members of the board and Parts Plus general manager Dean Kemsley the openings bring the total number of TrustFord-operated PartsPlus sites to 14 across England, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Foulds said: “Our new sites in Hull and Lincoln give us the scale and resource to meet our customers’ parts needs in new parts of the country.

“These openings, part of our network-wide investment in Ford of Britain’s wholesale parts initiative, enable us to better serve our customers’ needs and open up fresh opportunities for us as a business.

“At TrustFord, we’re committed to driving the standard in customer care, and our new expanded parts offering will enable us to do just that, in addition to supporting local repair and bodyshop businesses.”

TrustFord has greatly expanded its network with the launch of none car retail businesses in recent months, with the addition of Ford Parts Plus wholesale parts sales franchises across the UK and a new Quick Lane fast-fit aftersales facility in Prestwich earlier this month.

PartsPlus Centres provide services to support the sale of trade parts directly to franchise groups, independent repairers and body shops, offering extensive, competitively priced Ford, Motorcraft and Omnicraft parts.

They also offer delivery of parts in under an hour to regular customers within a 30 minute drive of the centre.

Quick Lane centres service all makes and model of vehicle across 13 core maintenance and light repair services, making use of Ford’s Motorcraft and Omnicraft multi-brand parts offering.

Quick Lane plans to open even more centres across the UK in the coming months, in addition to growing its footprint in Germany where two franchised sites are currently operational.
