Click Dealer hires Debbie Fox as head of commercial

Click Dealer has celebrated the appointment of a new member of staff with "undoubted pedigree" after recruiting Debbie Fox (pictured) as its new head of commercial.

The former general manager at web-based aftersales DMS provider Athoris will oversee her own commercial team and will manage the development and launch of the company’s transactional products and services in her new role.

Fox's team will continue to provide dealer management systems, websites and digital marketing services to over 1400 car and van dealerships nationwide.

Click Dealer chief executive, Ollie Moxham, said: “We are delighted to have Debbie onboard. Her wealth of experience in the sector will prove invaluable to Click Dealer as we move forward into 2020 and beyond with an exciting array of new transactional products and services for the automotive industry.

Fox brings more than 30 years of automotive industry experience to her new post at Click Dealer.

She started her career with Lombard North Central, and then went on to work for Leeds-based data and valuations provider Cap HPI, automotive business intelligence supplier JATO Dynamics and data provider KeeResources.

Last year, Click Dealer’s partnership with Visitor Chat seen more than 187 retailers subscribe to its live chat service.

Visitor Chat allows dealers to offer an online instant response chat service using a team of trained agents who can answer customer enquiries and pass on sales leads.
