New Mitsubishi Motors in the UK website to 'increase customer interaction'

Mitsubishi Motors in the UK has relaunched its consumer website with a more user-friendly focus aimed at elevating the brand’s interaction with its customers.

Developed by MMC’s global digital team, the new website showcases the latest corporate identity of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) – highlighting the new Drive your Ambition brand ethos – and will offer a more seamless browsing experience across mobile and desktop devices, according to the brand.

A statement issued by the brand said that the new website design also brought all distributors in line with the new international corporate identity and further emphasises Mitsubishi Motor’s expanding global presence.

The UK site also ties in to the Rockar-developed Buy Online platform, a spokesperson for Mitsubishi Motors in the UK said.

A statement said: “The UK was chosen as one of the first-wave of markets to go ‘live’ with the new platform, the decision being based on the high amount of traffic that the Mitsubishi Motors in the UK website traditionally attracts and how the UK’s high level of engagement will help in further development of the website.

“The new website already offers some of the most advanced online features available to motorists, such as the ability to buy a new Mitsubishi from the comfort of their own home and book a service at a Mitsubishi Motors in the UK dealer, while also referencing MMC’s rich heritage and values through new subsections.

“Content has increased, but the website is significantly easier to navigate with the home page offering four simple tabs – cars, buy, owners and discover. A new configurator allows visitors to build their perfect car, add accessories and chat with a product expert, then either test drive at a dealer or take their configured model and buy entirely online.”
