Lead management system provider enquiryMAX has found favour with Volkswagen retailers across the UK, with 20 businesses turning to the provider to support their sales activity.

Motorline Volkswagen, Croyde Motors and W Livingstone Motor Services are among the German brand’s franchise parters who have recently signed up to take advantage of enquiryMAX’s platform to continue its recent growth.

The news follows Harwoods Group’s recent decision to recently roll-out the platform across its various franchises, including Bentley, Aston Martin and Jaguar sites.

Jon Sheard, operations director for enquiryMAX, said: “The enquiryMAX system is designed and built by motor retail experts to be easy to use.

“It helps dealers monitor each sale in real-time and ensure that customers' expectations regarding personal service and response time are met.”

EnquiryMAX now provides sales lead management software and retail consultancy to over 600 dealers in the UK and works with a broad range of manufacturers.

The lead management platform has invested heavily in mobile technology to develop a cloud-based app solution for dealers.

The enquiryMAX platform provides full reporting that enables the dealer to track customers, monitor marketing measures and track sales.

It ties into an easy to use email and SMS tool to make it simple to contact clients and integrates with DMS and OEM systems.

Sheard said: “In today’s mobile world, a tablet interface is expected by customers as they can use them in high street stores and restaurants, so if they are buying a car they expect this transaction to be completed electronically.”
