New to AM: Dealers demonstrating how they maximise the power of video to win business

The best examples of dealers use of video in the showroom, workshop and bodyshop are now available to view – and learn from – on the AM website.

A new video best practise section is now live, powered by dealer video supplier CitNOW.

The section features a growing library of videos from some of the biggest franchised dealers in the UK, including Sytner, Ridgeway, Jardine, Pentagon, and Lookers, a number of which were chosen as winners or highly commended in the 2015 CitNOW Video Awards.

Each video features notes on the best practise points adopted by the salesperson or technician making it, maximising the opportunities for sales and aftersales red work conversions and repair upsell.

This is supported by an FAQ section offering further advice on making the most effective video for your customers.
