JudgeService is expanding its workforce and has moved to new premises as the company publishes its landmark 500,000th review.

The company, launched in 2011, recorded 200,000 reviews in the last nine months aloneas customers used the facility to compare car dealerships with their competitors, and management used the facility to aid internal development, training and improving customer service levels.

Reaching a record half a million reviews has led JudgeService to double the number of its contact centre staff and expand to new premises to accommodate its growing team.

Dale Woodley, sales director at JudgeService, said: “We’re very proud to have achieved the milestone of half a million reviews.

“It’s fantastic to see increasing numbers of dealers utilising the JudgeService products on offer and to watch our team expand alongside.

“Our philosophy to help car buyers find good dealers and give dealers access to the tools to enhance their customers’ buying experience is an aim which hasn’t changed since we began in 2011.

“Honest reviews online are something which will continue to be important to consumers and dealers in the future – as shown by our growth in the last year alone.

“For now we’re enjoying celebrating this achievement and looking forward to reaching a million.”

JusgeSerive said that reviews are becoming increasingly important for dealers and customers, with a recent survey showing that more than 80% consumers check out reviews online before purchasing a car or even heading to a showroom.

JudgeService’s evolving range of products are now used by nearly 1,000 leading car dealers across the UK, including nearly half of the AM100’s top 20 dealer groups, with more than 100 new dealers signing up to use JudgeService’s products in the last year alone.
