Digital best practice masterclasses for car dealers revealed for Automotive Management Live 2018

Car dealers interested in learning how digital technology continues to change motor retail will be in their element at Automotive Management Live 2018.

The free automotive retail industry expo at Birmingham NEC will include seven best practice masterclasses focused on crucial individual elements of digital marketing and retailing: websites, video, social media marketing, lead management, live chat, online vehicle sales and customer reviews.

The masterclasses at Automotive Management Live 2018 on November 8 will be delivered by some of the trade’s leading suppliers and experts in their fields.

The masterclasses in outline:

Video -  video platform providers CitNOW uses its data to provide insights into customer reaction to video within the purchase process as well as revealing findings from latest consumer research undertaken in 2018.

Social media – digital agency Marketing Delivery will focus on Facebook advertising as an essential part of dealer marketing incorporating real-world examples of campaigns and content that have driven sales, this session will show how to build campaigns that will last.

Customer reviews – customer review site JudgeService will provide new data illustrating how authentic feedback at the most critical micro moments in the user journey in both the sales process and the ongoing relationship with the customer can help drive more business.

Online vehicle retailing – online finance platform iVendi explores the growing acceptance of transacting online drawing on its recent Report on Online Motor Retailing which explores attitudes from consumers, dealers and manufacturers and some of the changes likely to occur.

Lead management - lead management platform and retail consultancy enquiryMAX looks at how data can be used to help build a high-performance sales culture, the simple changes that can make a big difference to sales conversion and why each lead should be treated with the highest priority.

Live chat – Contact at Once explores how messaging technologies (from chat to SMS to Facebook Messenger) can help provide a better consumer experience by delivering a smart, seamless way to move people through the car shopping and purchase process.

Websites and digital – from mobile friendly sites to driving web traffic and delivering the right content, Autoweb Design puts the latest digital developments under the microscope including focusing on website user behaviour to help dealers fine tune their digital strategy.

In the coming months much more content will be announced for Automotive Management Live 2018, which is backed by the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) and will take place at Birmingham NEC on November 8.
