GForces and JudgeService launch official partnership

Neil Addley, founder and managing director of JudgeService

GForces will aim to help retailers improve their service through transparent customer feedback with the help of a new partnership with review platform JudgeService.

JudgeService’s review and feedback software will be introduced across the range of the digital marketing specialist’s NetDirector products and services, giving hundreds of dealers access to a new resource for monitoring and improving their customer service ratings.

Paul Hilton, retail director at GForces, said: “We have worked alongside JudgeService for some time and have always seen their services as complimentary to our own.

“By working together in official partnership, we can provide a unified set of products to our dual audiences, combining the complimentary, brand-building expertise both our companies have to offer.”

JudgeService collates customer experience feedback from all aspects of the user journey, from new vehicle sales through to parts, servicing, and even bodyshop repairs.

Its surveys come straight from dealership data and help retailers improve customer service in an ever-changing market.

Neil Addley, managing director at JudgeService, said: “Both GForces and JudgeService use data to drive our services and provide insight into our clients’ buyers and our companies are also purely automotive in focus.

“We believe JudgeService provide the best and most direct customer ratings and reviews in the industry.

“By integrating our product with GForces’ next-generation NetDirector platform, we can offer a robust, transparent and straightforward service, and make it accessible to hundreds of retail groups and independent operations.”
