Honda launches new products ‘to build confidence’ with fleet customers

Honda (UK) has introduced two new initiatives for leasing and fleet customers.

The first, an online service, maintenance and repair (SMR) product, gives all Honda dealers access to SMR costs for all cars in the Honda range, including models dating back to 2001.

Jon Jacks, national leasing and SMR manager for Honda (UK), commented: “This new solution has been designed specifically for Honda to deliver critical aftersales data in the right form, to the right people, when they need it.”

The second is the Honda Fleet Promise. It promises to deliver a comprehensive package covering all service, MOT and maintenance requirements, with standard charge rates.

Honda says it has been embraced by 100% of the dealer network.

Nick Holmes, manager for national aftersales and retention at Honda (UK), said: “This new Fleet Promise, in conjunction with the new Honda SMR online system, will build confidence with our fleet customers in using the Honda dealer network for all their service and maintenance requirements.”
