Mitsubishi reveals new corporate identity standards for dealer network


Mitsubishi has revealed the first images of what dealers will be expected to upgrade to with their dealerships as part of the rollout of new corporate identity standards.

The Japanese brand is rolling out the new standards to 5,000 dealers worldwide and the designs are based on the brand message “drive your ambition”.

This slogan relates to how Mitsubishi wants to improve customer service at its dealerships and have a “high quality retail environment” to strengthen its brand image.

The new showroom design prominently features black, white and grey colour schemes with red accents. The “dynamic slope” accent on the exterior will be a key feature for showrooms.

Guillaume Cartier, senior vice president of global marketing and sales division at Mitsubishi Motors, said: “Our brand is evolving and we need to reflect this in each and every customer touch point.

“So we are implementing the new dealer identity to ensure that the customers can experience a consistent Mitsubishi-ness including look & feel, and service quality of Mitsubishi Motors wherever they are in the world."
