CitNOW has appointed former Arnold Clark manager Carol Fairchild as its new commercial director.
Fairchild (pictured) joins the car retail imaging specialist with a substantial background and expertise in the automotive and aftermarket sector, having spent 18 years in the industry.
She previously worked as a group marketing and product development manager at Arnold Clark, overseeing its product development and marketing plans, having also launched her own consultancy firm in 2017.
CitNOW’s chief executive, Alistair Horsburgh, said: “Carol comes to us with nearly two decades of experience under her belt, and we are delighted to have her on board.
"Her skills will be put to good use as we seek to build on the success we’re having, and I have no doubt she will help us continue to innovate the sector.”
Fairchild will be leading CitNOW’s global marketing team to grow the brand’s presence across the UK and overseas.
She will also be involved in researching new market opportunities, supporting the sales team, and will be responsible for CitNOW’s leading integration with a range of retailer web and CRM systems, including CDK.

The company is aiming to strengthen its market position through new opportunities as well as by expanding its commercial team.
